The colour is very dense.
The nose develops a beautiful pedigree, with richness and complexity mixing with the flavours of very ripe red fruits, and black olives.
The mouth is very powerful with a very rich body, and very mature, we have blackberry where red fruit notes and black olives accompanying an interminable final.
Serve between 16 and 18°C
Cheese, frying pan of mushrooms (poêlée de cèpes) and duck breast (magret de canard)
It can be kept until 20 years
